Strength & Conditioning Coach
Having played rugby for Highland Rugby Club for over 15 years, Hugo was very fortunate enough to represent Caley Reds representative team. Thanks to this achievement Hugo supported by the Institute of Sport as an athlete for over three years. From my time with the institute, I built up a strong interest in Strength and Conditioning, and have since gone on to achieve my Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Certificate. To enhance my coaching of S&C, whilst studying Sports Coaching at the University of the West of Scotland, I worked at the Glasgow School of Sports, where I had the opportunity to see first-hand, the work and dedication required to make it as a professional athlete.
Hugo currently coaches the athletes who are members of The Robust Programme as part of our clinic.
